Returns and refunds: What you can return
Any standard item, within 14 days of the day you receive it. The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
What we cannot take back
Items personalised with a name or initials, and embroidered items (for example the embroidered cushion covers), because they are made or finished for you. This is shown on each product page before you buy.
Returns and refunds: How to return an item
- Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email info@kemetuk.com with your order number and the items you want to return, or call +44 7426 410982.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Please pack them securely; you are responsible for the cost of returning them, and for the goods until we receive them.
Your refund
We refund the price of the returned items, and the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of receiving proof that you have sent them). Refunds go to the card or payment method you used. If items come back used or damaged beyond normal handling, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Returns and refunds: Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, contact us as soon as you can with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you, including delivery and the cost of returning it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Personalised and embroidered items
Items made to order with your name or initials, and embroidered items, are not covered by the 14-day change-of-mind right. Please check your spelling before you confirm. If we make a mistake with your personalisation, we will remake it or refund you.
